“Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much.”
~Helen Keller
Thank you for visiting my blog! For those of you that don’t know me, this is my 19th year in Hudsonville. I have taught first through third grade, as well as, a year of teaching in a Preprimary Impaired classroom. I have also been a Speech Language Pathologist in both the hospital and school setting. Outside of school, I am a mother of four. My daughter, Olivia, is in 10th and just returned from studying at the Shanghai American School in China because my husband was working there for the past 2 years. My son, Nathan, attends Siena Heights University in the fall (if you play lacrosse, you probably know him because he coaches in Hudsonville). Lauren and Meghan attend Michigan Tech University. My husband and I have lived in the community for 19 years.
My classroom expectations are that the children will respect and rejoice in our differences. We will work hard together and function as a team so that we may all succeed. I look forward to celebrating your child’s achievements and assisting with any struggles during our 3rd grade journey.
